So much for my promise to spend more time on this website.  Not much has happened over the last few months.  I have found part-time work but the pay is so bad and the work so horrid that I was actually better off on unemployment.  However, I have a solid portfolio that I've begun sending out to studios.  Hopefully something will come of it.

Its been a long time since I gave this page any real attention.  A lot has happened.  I've left the art institute, I've lost my job, and now I'm trying to get some sort of freelance work while I build up my portfolio.  To that end I plan to spend a lot more time on this website.

      Okay, I have just finished my first set of classes at the Arts Institute and know that my day is so long and draining I feel much better.  Hopefully this good mood will last as I don't like being all depressed and mopy.

     This week I'm going back to L.A. to visit my little brother.  While I'm out there I also plan to visit my best friend.  That's probably part of why I'm in such a good mood.

My name is Kevin and I am extremely nervous about posting anything up here.  But more than anything I want to see what other people think of my work so here I am.  I'll probably just post scraps for a bit, then try and post bigger stuff.


Um...anyway about me...


Okay I just started school at the Art Institute of Las Vegas, I'm really looking forward to getting into some art classes, cuase right now I'm in government and communications.  Um... I tend to get nervous around people so I've been really quiet with most of my classmates.  I'm trying to be friendly but I bet I'm coming of as either weird or creepy (its usually how I seem to people), I prefer to just talk through art but I want to get better at actual words, so I'm gonna try and be as dedicated to the journals as I am the art.    


So... hope you stop in from time to time.
