So, I do a review series on Youtube called "24 Frames", where a toon called D reviews popular animated movies and shows. I've recently decided to do more original thumbnails for all my reviews and here's the title card for my most recent review of the series W.I.T.C.H.
This was done using Toon Boom Animate Pro 2. The original sketch was classic pencil and paper and then I scanned it into Toon Boom and did all the inking and coloring there.

Three facts though I think you got wrong:
1) Caleb was not voiced by Dante Basco, but by Greg Cipes.
2) There was a little character arc for Will when she had to deal with the proper reaction to Elyon’s identity and Cornelia was insisting to tell her before Cedric did. I guess it was supposed to let her grow as a leader, but it seemed more Cornelia’s issue.
3) There are legal DVD’s of the first season available in Europe. I’ve never heard of physical copies of season 2, though, because apparently season 2 suffered from a signifikant ratings drop.
